We only work with small specialist factories which occasionally means we meet with unexpected levels of demand. We try hard to predict bestsellers but we can be caught out. If there is a delay we will notify you at the point of order. Occasionally we sell out of something completely and, sadly, cannot get new supplies.
STOCK
When items are in stock, we try to dispatch the same day, with delivery being between 1 to 3 working days. During sale time or unexpectedly busy periods, delivery may take longer. If something is ‘out of stock’ there may a delay of up to 28 days. The rest of your order will be sent to you and the out of stock item will follow. Cheques are banked on receipt for security.
