We are sure that you will be delighted with your order but we understand that sometimes you need to return some items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, except sale items which must be returned within 7 days. We will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note.
Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please state on your order receipt whether you require an exchange or refund. All refunds will be credited (excluding delivery costs) using the payment details provided at the time of order. Please note refunds can take up to 5 business days.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

Bambini Shoes defines defective merchandise as any footwear which is flawed concerning workmanship or materials, and is warranted by the manufacturer. Defective footwear claims must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
If your child is unfortunate enough to develop a blister, this usually means that the shoes selected were the wrong size (in the vast majority of cases – too small). Other causes can often be sandals worn without a sock on the first day or a stiff shoe worn for as long as 8 hours without a break. Discomfort and blisters are rarely caused by defective materials or workmanship.

Returns thought to be defective will be inspected promptly (within 5 business days) If a warranted manufactured defect exists, Bambini Shoes will gladly replace or exchange the defective footwear and refund you any postage charges. Any worn footwear determined not to have a manufacturers defect, will be returned to the customer promptly. Neither the manufacturer nor Bambini Shoes will give credit for slight imperfections in stitching or materials (cosmetic defects) once the shoe has been worn.
